Occupancy:

              Blank Canvas’s registered occupancy is 40 people.

              Please take into consideration the type of event you are having along with the set up when determining if our space is large enough to suit your needs.

Deposit:

             A non-refundable $125 retainer will be due upon booking in order to reserve your date.

If you must change your event date, the deposit is transferable.

1.) if the new date and time is available.

2.) if you have contacted us about the change prior to the 7 day cancellation period.

Cancellation:

              There is an additional $25 cancellation fee if event is not cancelled within 7 days of or your event.

Alcohol:

              All guests must be 21 and carded to consume alcohol.

              No alcohol will be provided by Blank Canvas.

              Champagne, Wine, Wine Spritzers and Beer may be brought to the party.

 Event Insurance:

              We do require our clients to purchase day-of special event insurance.

              If Alcohol is being served: Host liquor liability MUST be included in the policy.

Décor:

              We do not allow paper or plastic confetti or anything equivalent that would litter the property.

              Candles are permitted if they are enclosed in some type of vessel.

              Battery operated pillar candles are permitted without enclosure.

a. NOT book your event if we so deem it to be unsafe or not right for our space.

b. Shut down an event that has gotten out of hand and/or poses a safety concern.
